How it works
Rotating brush rollers scrub the product surface while water spray carries soil and peel away. Brush material and contact intensity are selected for the crop, its skin sensitivity and the acceptable loss rate.
Selection notes
- Specify whether you need washing only or actual peeling, since peel depth changes the waste route and downstream process.
- Very soft or irregular roots may not suit aggressive brushing; a sample review is recommended.
- Plan the peel and soil discharge so the reject route does not re-contaminate the clean product.
