How it works

Product is fed through a cutting head whose blades determine the format and dimensions. Cut size, product orientation and damage tolerance are matched to the crop and the packing, cooking or freezing stage that follows.

Selection notes

  • Define the cut dimensions and tolerance your buyers require before selecting blades.
  • Specify the feed size after washing and peeling so the cutter receives a consistent product.
  • Plan tool changeover and cleaning between products on mixed production days.

Cutting machine FAQ

Can one machine produce several formats?
Yes, through changeable blades or heads, but each format should be verified with your product and tolerance.
Does cutting increase washing load?
Cut surfaces can release starch or juice, so a rinse stage after cutting is common in fresh-cut lines.
What determines blade life?
Product hardness, feed rate and cut duty. Wear parts and a first-year spare set are listed in the quotation.

Applications

  • Fresh-cut roots and leaves
  • Salad shredding
  • Dicing for freezing and drying
  • Strip cutting for prepared foods

From order to delivery

  1. Confirm the specification

Model, capacity, utilities and documents are fixed in the quotation.

  2. Manufacture and test

The machine is built with progress photos and a test run before packing.

  3. Pack for export

Export crating protects the machine for container shipment.

  4. Install and train

Engineer dispatch, commissioning and operator training are available as a standard service.

Selection inputs

  • Product and incoming condition
  • Target output and operating schedule
  • Utilities, water and available footprint
  • Finished condition and downstream handoff

Lock the cut dimension and tolerance first; the cutting head and capacity follow from the product and format.

Standard scope

How is the machine configured for my product?
Capacity, duty and settings are set from your crop, incoming condition and the condition required by the next stage.
What is included in the standard scope?
The machine, stainless-steel food-contact parts, control panel, export packing and a 12-month warranty on main components.
