Quick freezing
IQF freezing tunnel
Fluidized and tunnel freezers for individually quick-frozen mixed vegetables, berries and prepared foods.
- 1,000–2,000 kg/hCapacity
- IQFFreezing type
- Fluidized / tunnelConfigurations
| Materials | Sweet corn, green peas, diced carrot, berries and prepared foods |
|---|---|
| Freezing type | Individual quick freezing (IQF), fluidized or tunnel |
| Integration | After blanching, cooling and dewatering, before packing |
How it works
Prepared product is carried through a freezing zone where cold air keeps pieces separated so each piece freezes individually. Fluidized freezers suspend lighter products on an air cushion; tunnel freezers suit heavier or irregular pieces.
Selection notes
- Surface water must be removed before freezing or pieces clump and freeze load rises.
- Specify the required product temperature and hold time for your cold chain.
- Plan cold-room capacity and the packaging interface together with the freezer.

From order to delivery
Confirm the specification
Model, capacity, utilities and documents are fixed in the quotation.
Manufacture and test
The machine is built with progress photos and a test run before packing.
Pack for export
Export crating protects the machine for container shipment.
Install and train
Engineer dispatch, commissioning and operator training are available as a standard service.
Selection inputs
- Product and incoming condition
- Target output and operating schedule
- Utilities, water and available footprint
- Finished condition and downstream handoff
Size the freezer from feed temperature and target core temperature, not from nominal capacity alone.
